Downtown
The small town atmosphere of Oneonta is complemented by Main Street, lined with red brick sidewalks and old-fashioned street lamps. This is the main shopping area in Oneonta, and offers many shops, most of which are locally owned specialty shops. The Main Street Plaza is a new structure in the area that invites visitors to relax and take Oneonta’s Rockwell-esque century old architecture of Oneonta’s downtown. The downtown region of this area is a wonderful mix of residential, professional, health and government uses, and promises to have all of your needs.
